Ing. Patrik Petroušek, PhD.
Description:
Ing. Patrik Petroušek, PhD., is a research scientist under the age of 35. He obtained his PhD in 2019 at TUKE, FMMR, in the field of plastic deformation. He has advanced knowledge in thermo-mechanical conventional and unconventional material processing (rolling and asymmetric rolling at hot, cold, and cryogenic temperatures, ECAP, SWAGING technologies, and others), mechanical testing, and structural analysis of materials, particularly for applications in the energy industry. Currently, he is involved in three ongoing projects, one of which he leads under the call " Fellowships for Excellent Researchers R2-R4," focusing on the topic: Influence of cryo-deformations on the development of properties of AISI 316L material produced by additive manufacturing.
