She is a professor at the Institute of Materials (IMAT), at the Technical University in Košice, and an expert in Ag and AuNPs synthesis using biological and chemical methods. She specializes in colloidal solutions analysis using FTIR, UV-vis, and Zeta potential measurements, and in using SEM and TEM to study noble metal NPs. She has extensive experience in preparing metal and polymer matrix composites.
